Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Dr. Dhawan Academy of Geologists believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order or request. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the request/orders have been communicated to the Consultant, faculty, Partner directly and they have consented to provide you the relevant information or document or advice as the case may be.
There will be no cancellation of request/orders placed to the Academy after expiry of 72 hours of placing the request/order.
No cancellations are entertained for those promotional schemes/individual project/Program that the Academy offers on discounted rates. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible
When you make a request to avail any type of Membership of our Academy such as for Faculty, Consultant, Partner, Individual Member and have made the payment for the purpose or make a request for a Consultancy Service and before our confirmation of acceptance, you may request for cancellation and refund of the amount thereof. We will refund you the same after recovery of the processing charges charged by our payment partner including the taxes which are or have been or will be levied upon for providing such information. The refund will be processed within 21 days of the placement of the request/order.
Delivery Policy of Services -
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. In case of any Force Majeure conditions, our obligations shall remain suspended till the Force Majeure conditions last. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on 09958575566.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
